Anuradha Singh is currently working as the Chief - Experience Design at Future Retail Limited that includes formats like Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar and FBB. She is responsible for strategizing, planning and execution of all activations for the brand at the retail stores. She has a career that spans over 15 years and she has earlier worked with brands like Revlon, Timex Watches and Shoppers Stop. She’s a graduate in Economics and has done her design education from NIFT, New Delhi.
Christopher founded Syntegrate Consulting in 2006 based on his 360-degree view of the challenges today’s marketers face. He has held management positions in brand management, shopper marketing, and traditional advertising and promotions on both the client and agency sides of the business, providing him a truly integrated foundation. He is dedicated to helping his clients build brands, go-to-market strategies, and communications that create new value in the marketplace. To do this successfully, he advocates for syntegration (noun): the bringing together of dissimilar research, insights, ideas, and people to create new value for brands. True innovation, value creation, and real organic growth no longer come from one single discipline, but rather at the fringes where multiple disciplines intersect, often in ways that are unexpected.
As CEO of the company, he passionately believes that a brand’s story must shift from focusing solely on product benefits and attributes that meet a rational need, to also bringing real emotional meaning that meets people’s emotional wants. Activating this new story through go-to-market strategies and communications requires that marketers go beyond the process of integrating plans through a campaign idea. Christopher helps clients evolve their business planning process to seamlessly integrate all marketing disciplines so the brand’s go-to-market strategies are integrated through strategy, insight, and story.
His 20+-year career started in brand management working for The Clorox Company, Unilever, and The Kellogg Company. He then decided to explore the world of traditional advertising while working in strategic planning with top agencies like J. Walter Thompson in New York and TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. He then jumped to below-the-line promotions working for PowerPact, completing his 360- degree background.
As a sought after thought leader, he has spoken around the world at conferences in India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Colombia, Russia, Caribbean, and Brazil. Christopher has a BS in Corporate Finance and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Michigan State University.

Darshana Shah has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited (ABHICL) since Jan-2016. ABHICL is a joint venture (JV) between Aditya Birla Group and MMI Holdings of South Africa.
In her role as Chief Marketing Officer she is driving the key agendas of Product Marketing, Channel and Customer Management, Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications.
Overall, Darshana has 20 plus years of rich experience in marketing, brand & communication. She started her career in 1996 in IT education sector and post that forayed in Retail for last 15 years.
Prior to joining Aditya Birla Health Insurance, Darshana was with Hypercity Retail as Sr. Vice President - Marketing and Visual Merchandising. In this role Darshana was a part of the leadership team and “customer custodian” of Brand Hypercity, leading the marketing, CRM, analytics, visual merchandising and digital marketing functions. Prior to her stint with Hypercity Retail, Darshana has worked with organizations such as Reliance Retail, Future Group and Shoppers Stop.
Darshana has done her Bachelor in Science from Mithibai College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from NMIMS. She has crazy affinity for beaches, and If not at work she is travelling to some new country as she is a long bucket list and loves meeting people from different culture.
Deepak Chakravarty is an achiever and goal oriented design professional with the drive and ability to work with all levels of an organization so as to integrate his design and visual merchandising skills with the overall Business operating strategy.
With an experience of more than 20 years, Deepak Chakravarty is a design graduate from NIFT,New Delhi 98 batch. Having helped create clothes for today's man and woman Deepak was keen to also present his creations in the most inspiring environments. This led to his sojourn into Visual Merchandising an entirely new field and no less creative than designing. Was heading the design team at ITC’S Lifestyle Retailing Business Division and visual merchandising for the Wills Lifestyle and the John Players brands.
Deepak has led a team of Visual Merchandising specialists to create consistent flawless, sharp and tailored global VM communication to the stores.
Deepak previously as a head of visual merchandising for the adidas group,has been a part of a global visual excellence team which provides information flow and feedback loops between global VM, market VM and Store Manager. Currently handling 1200+ stores of Bata India as the head Visual merchandising and retail marketing,Deepak brings a vast experience in the field of Visual Merchandising with his sharp acumen and understanding of current fashion trends. Deepak is actively involved in academics, conducting workshops at NIFT, Pearl Academy of Fashion, IICD etc as a mentor and jury for the various programmes and is pursuing doctoral research in the field of visual merchandising education.

Ashish Prasad is the Chief Operating Officer, Construction Chemicals Division for Pidilite Industries. He has over 20 years of experience across strategy, brands & retail and has worked at Aditya Birla Group, The Coca Cola Company and Asian Paints. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
In 2008, Rahul set up the shopper and trade marketing practice at Ogilvy, India.
Over the last 10 years, he has worked on non-advertising-led marketing communication strategies (in the areas of shopper marketing, trade marketing, CRM and digital) for brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, ITC, Nokia, Kodak, Johnson & Johnson and Castrol across Asian markets.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Rahul spent four years with Johnson & Johnson, in sales, product management and corporate brand management.
Pierre-Alain Weill is a consultant in marketing at retail, expert at touch points on the shopper pass. He has run several POS companies in France and has been the president of POPAI France and also member of the board at shop! Global.
Prashant Devatraj is the Director, Business Development and Client Services - South Asia at Ergo India Pvt Ltd. His 30 years of experience spans across different industries providing marketing services, pre-press, digital printing, IT & Management training in India, Japan and Singapore. During the long career he has serviced many top FMCG companies for their marketing promotional campaigns.

He has 12+ years of Supply Chain experience and is presently associated with Diageo India as Category Head – TTL / Demand Procurement, Corporate Office, Bangalore. He possesses experience in Direct & Indirect Sourcing, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Planning & Budgeting, S & OP, Spend analytics, E-RFX, Vendor management, Contract Management & Compliance, E-sourcing, global sourcing, Marketing Procurement, Certified PM, Product Commercialization , Master Data Management, Catalog Management, Productivity, Shared Services & PMO Set-up & Implementation and Industry benchmarking. He generated substantial cost savings by improving efficiency and has proven track record of consistently delivering large gains to the bottom line. He optimized the supply chain by driving innovation and delivering huge cost savings.
